Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, to maintain the quality of our service and products, we only accept returns for items with a verified manufacturing defect.

Return Eligibility

  • We only accept returns for orders shipped within the United States.
  • You must request the return within 30 days of purchase.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, with all tags intact, and returned in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Returns based on personal preference or change of mind (e.g., “don’t like it,” “found it cheaper,” etc.) are not accepted.

📩 How to Start a Return

Contact us at support@easelifesolutions.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Do not send back any items before your return request has been approved, or the return will not be accepted.

Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@easelifesolutions.com, so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom products
  • Opened personal care items
  • Perishables, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please submit a return request (if eligible), and place a new order once your return is accepted.


🇪🇺 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to a country in the EU, you are entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason. The item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
